I would love the meal plan too if you have a chance. I felt so heavy and clumsy at first too, mostly because I was heavy and clumsy! My biggest recommendation is to just keep moving. If you need to just do toe taps for some of it or grapevine or just take some time to shake it freestyle, the most important part is to be up and moving. Time and practice help so much, so just be consistent and I promise it gets better!
