Where to get volatile life

The area is just north of Paso del Invicto and just south of La Garganta. You will find them alone or escorted by groups of Cultists.

It is advisable to kill both types of "groups" since they are easily annihilable. Although there are missions in the area, you should have no problem finding someone to kill.

Another good place to find Volatile Air is in Orsis in Uldum. It is located just west of Ramkahen, across the river. There are about 3 missions in the area but you shouldn't have too much trouble as time goes on. Each engineers evaluation with Mining can make a Electrostatic capacitor which will allow them to get, from time to time, some volatile Airs while mining some nodes.

You will only find between 8 and 9 at a time but they appear quite quickly. In addition, in the nearby lava you will see fire pools where you can fish Volatile Fire. There is usually at least one active so maybe you can take some extras. Another good spot is in the Humboldt Conflagration in the Twilight Highlands. In Hyjal, there are other areas to fish for volatile fire near the Ragnaros fortress that, being little known and being a "low level" area, you may find several fires fishing in these "waters".

Obsidian Stone Slaves are the best source for Volatile Earth. Right in the center you will see ground from which twilight energies emanate. This is the most common area to find these elementals, although you can also find them in the outer circle of the outer area, escorted by some cultists. There are also a lot of other herbs which will have Volatile Life in them when you gatherer them. Use the following route to optimize the amount of Volatile Life and Cinderbloom that you find:.

You can also farm volatile life from skinning. While skinning, you may get a Strangely Bloated Stomach. More often than not, Volatile Life will be in it.

It is more difficult to obtain than the other Volatiles, has a super high demand, and thus sells for more money on the AH typically. Typically they drop around 1 or 2 Volatile Air when they drop , and tend to respond fairly quickly. Also, if you have the Engineering profession, you can obtain Volatile Air with the Electrostatic Condenser.

Farming Volatile Water is a little more forgiving than Volatile Air, however, you are fighting more difficult mobs. The drop rate is a little better than the Volatile Air Farming. You can also use your Fishing profession. You need to fish pools in the Cataclysms zones.

If you plan on farming Volatile Fire, then your luck has changed slightly as there are multiple zones and mobs you can choose from to do this. The drop rates for both of the mobs are typically the same. There are only 4 pools, and only 2 pools are active at anytime, so competition to farm these pools is steep. Generally speaking, the pools provide 1 or 2 Volatile Fire per catch, with 5 or 6 catches per pool.

You can easily get your hands on Fire, with no fighting in less than 5 minutes.
